Construction Method

• The plans are lofted to full size.
• Templates are lifted from the mold floor and transferred to steel sheets for cutting
• A marking platen is used for the assembly of the frames
• Plywood patterns are made for the shell and then cut from steel
• The vessels are being built under cover and the boatyard has the capacity for 4 vessels to be under way at any one time.
• All vessels are blasted to white metal prior to applying coatings using a heavy industrial compressor and blasting pot
