Ganso-Kiso, a great value yacht

Whilst all the Gazelles are tremendous value, with Ganso-Kiso it is our intention to make offshore and ocean sailing a sensible proposition and financially justifiable for as many motivated people as possible. Ganso-Kiso is most definitely not a "kit boat" and yet she costs considerably less than kit-boat's of her size. She is ready for sea with:

• all interior structural bulkheads fitted
• the aft-cabin fitted out as per Colvin drawing 103-5-ALT (coastal and charter)
• the rest of the boat insulated and lined out in marine ply
• a simple temporary galley (burner, sink and work surface) fitted in the main cabin.

If fitted with the Simpson Marine engine/ZF reduction gear, Ganso-Kiso is a 42' (deck) top quality steel ocean cruiser for less than 50,000 sterling! Ganso-Kiso is the door to the experience and benefit of journeying under sail.

Drawn by Tom Colvin, this is the prefered layout for coastal and charter work. The aft cabin is for the Master with guests accommodated up front. Consequently the aft-cabin is nicely fitted out and comprises:

• 2 bunks
• shelves
• lockers
• toilet
• chart table
• radio station.

This makes Ganso-Kiso a practical "sail-away" proposition. Owners can enjoy fitting out the rest of the boat at their leisure and to their exact requirements. It doesn't get better than this.
